The starting point for operational improvements is a comprehensive analysis of the current AS-IS status. Then, through the process modeling and benchmarking of the best practices, we identify areas for improvement related to cost reduction, increased quality or to capacity. Through a gap analysis of the AS-IS and the TO-BE, the priorities for improvement are defined. A detailed planning of projects providing the priorities in closing the gaps (i.e. objectives, milestones, resources, schedule) enables to achieve the improvements.
