When supporting clients in the project management, we share our knowledge and experience from numerous previous assignments.  On that basis we are able to identify risks and take appropriate corrective actions. In the case of Program Management Office we are also providing clients with the analytical tools to enable effective delivery of the program and on particular projects. 
Another way to increase project efficiency is to optimize the project portfolio. On the basis of transparent criteria we evaluate the projects undertaken in the organization, indicate best candidates for elimination and recommend how to reallocate obtained resources to the projects.
