Today we launched a succession strategy project for a family-run company, from the joinery industry, located in Greater Poland region. Company legacy spans over 122 years.

Due to firm's very comprehensive business and market experience, we are very pleased that the company trusted DZ Consulting in designing the process of transfering power and ownership to the fourth generation of the family. 

Beside succession topics, our work will focus on developing  growth strategy on international markets. To achieve its future targets number of projects will be identified. For every project responsible person will be assign along with detail execution timetable.

During the project implementation all key issues in the areas of finance, sales & marketing, organization & management, law and psychology will be addressed.

The company employs over 120 people and exports vast majority of its products to various markets in Western Europe.
