From January 2020 we started to deliver the PARP project "Succession with success". Its goal is to support 170 micro, small and medium-sized family run companies in developing and implementing succession strategy.  In the course of the project execution, all key issues related to the succession process in the company in the areas of finance, organization, law and psychology will be addressed. Within the framework of the project, the company's strategy, recommendations identifying the areas where it is necessary to deepen the competence of the successor(s) as well as suggestions for improvements in the organization will be developed.
