In 2019, under the European Programme for the Development of Meat Market Enterprises, we supported more than 30 companies from following sectors: 

• Food and beverage production,
• Restaurants/Cafés/Catering   
• Maintenance and repair services of machines.

As a result of our efforts, Development Plans were developed and agreed with the owners/managers. Based on the diagnosis of the current situation, we defined the main gaps hindering the companies' development, ways of closing these gaps, we set strategic goals and projects/activities enabling the achievement of these goals. We have also defined measures allowing entrepreneurs to monitor the development of their companies in the financial, customer/sales, organizational, scientific & development perspective.
